The Legal Department of Phil-Union Frozen Foods Inc., would like to request for information if a resolution has already been issued in the complaint that it filed for Qualified Theft (Art. 308 in relation to Art. 310 of RPC) against Ms. Jovelyn Magna-ong in the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor through its then representative Marudina Villegas. 

Its assigned NPS Docket Number as indicated in the Investigation Data Form is NPS Docket No. 22H 00577.
