Response to Request

The NBI hit on your name is sufficient to prove that you have a pending case. Please coordinate with the court where the said case is filed. 

We also want to inform you that the DOJ has no jurisdiction over courts because the DOJ is under the Executive Branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government.
