Hello!

Magandang araw po, gusto ko po sana kumuha ng kopya ng court dismissal ng  case ko na bp 22, ito po ay nadismiss noong 2016 kailangan ko po sana para makakuha ako ng nbi para makapagboard exam. Pero according po sa office nila hindi daw nila makita ang copy. Maraming salamat po sana po magkaroon ng liwanag at umaasa po ako na magiging positibo ang paglapit kong ito maraming salamat po

You asked for a copy of a certain case dismissal.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. It is best if you coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) since this is the office that has jurisdiction over courts and oversees the Judicial branch of government, On the other hand, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government.

Unfortunately, we cannot forward your request to the SC because the FOI platform only covers agencies under the Executive branch of government and the SC is not on-board this platform.
