July 25, 2022 Dear Ma. Rebecca, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 24, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for a copy of a certain case dismissal. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. It is best if you coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) since this is the office that has jurisdiction over courts and oversees the Judicial branch of government, On the other hand, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government. Unfortunately, we cannot forward your request to the SC because the FOI platform only covers agencies under the Executive branch of government and the SC is not on-board this platform.
