You asked for the status of a certain case files before the RTC.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you are requesting because RTCs are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. The Supreme Court (SC) oversees the courts under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which deals with the prosecution of cases.
