I would like to know if this is true.

Good day!

Our office is the legitimate and authorized collection agency. The said firm has referred to us your long overdue accounts with ONLINE FINANCING LOAN. We have therefore instructed our Philippines lawyer to file a court case against you. SUBPOENA will be sent to you by the court. We have also started filing INTENTIONAL THEFT against you. This appropriate case/s in court and/or submission of your name to the credit bureaus/credit scoring bodies for negative data file (blacklisting) also to NBI Clearance.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since the DOJ does not have the data on all lawyers in the Philippines. It may be best to coordinate with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) or the Supreme Court (SC).
