Hi! Good day. As a requirement for one of our subject in law school, we were required to obtain a copy of an information of any cases about title 2 & 4 Book 2 of the RPC. I would like request for a copy of the following cases: 

Arbitrary detention – Astorga vs People GR No. 154130 October 1, 2003 
Violation of Domicile – Geroche et. al vs People GR No. 179080 November 26, 2014
Offending religious feelings – Celdran vs People GR No. 22012  March 21, 2018
Possession of counterfeit treasury and bank notes – People vs Digoro GR No. L-22032 March 4, 1966

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because such cases are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ but the Supreme Court (SC). Unfortunately, the SC is not on-board the FOI platform which only covers agencies/offices under the Executive Branch.
