Good day!

May we seek advise from the DOJ. 

NAPOLCOM doesn't want to submit a motion forreconsideration to question the legality of the DOJ legal opinion no. 11 of 2020

Our benefits from our NAPOLCOM welfare benefits was stopped since 2020.

We have already filed case thru office of the ombudsman and court of appeals but up to now we haven't received any update on the schedule of the court hearing.



May we request DOJ to provide us any documents/steps on how to question this adverse Legal opinion

We were told that only the requestee in authorized to make such motion for reconsideration
