I would like to request a copy of Opinion of the Secretary of the DOJ dated 05 March 2013 (LML-L-5C13) on Legal effect of the termination of the marital relationship, (e.g., legal separation, separation de facto, annulment of marriage, divorce or death), on the permanent resident status of a foreign national who is married to a Filipino citizen as provided under Section 13(a) of Commonwealth Act No. 613, as amended, and other existing issuances
