Hi, just recently, Executive Order 175 was issued series of 2022 was issued, which is the 12th Regular Foreign Investment Negative List to the Foreign Investments Act, as amended. Footnote Number 5 thereof mentions a "DOJ letter to the NEDA dated 12 October 2021." May we request for a copy of the same? Thank you!

Hi, thank you very much for this! But this document is dated 6 December 2021, referring to NEDA's request for permission to publish in its website the 12 October 2021 Letter. I will try to find it in the NEDA's website. But I would greatly appreciate if you could send my the letter itself dated 12 October 2021, thank you very much for your service!
