I need data on:
—Statistics of people charged with abortion-related offenses since 1986, male and female
—Statistics of people incarcerated for abortion-related offenses since 1986, male and female
—Statistics of people convicted for abortion-related offenses since 1986, male and female

Dear Requesting Party,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 26, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Statistics on convictions are better addressed to the Supreme Court (SC) since courts are the ones vested with the power to convict and order the incarceration of those who break the law. 

Unfortunately, the SC is not on-board the FOI platform because this program operates merely by virtue of an Executive Order which only covers agencies under the Executive Branch.
