Response to Request

We regret to inform you that we do not have the information you are requesting for because MTCs and other courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Courts are under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government, these are agencies from two separate and different branches of the government.

It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph. We cannot forward your request to them directly because they are not on-board the Freedom of Information (FOI) platform.
