Hello! =)

I would like to request for sales data of titled properties between 1/1/2016 to 3/1/2017 in Santa Rosa, Laguna. I need to complete an appraisal report.

Please complete the following:
1. Location (Barangay or Street Level is fine)
2. Lot Area in square meters
3. Date sold according to Deed of Absolute Sale
4. Property classification (residential or commercial only)
5. If with improvement (building), floor area

You may get these from Land Registration Authority. If possible, please get data as well from City Assessor's Office.

Hello. 

I almost forgot my details for request. Please include Agreed Contract Price in the Deed of Absolute Sale. Please select only either residential or commercial property sales. Do not include those that are classified as industrial. Thank you.

Due to the breadth of the scope of your inquiry (1 January 2016 to 1 March 2017) and the voluminous records involved, it is best to get the information from the Land Registration Authority (LRA) for your appraisal report.
