Thank you for your request dated Jan 16, 2024 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since a dismissed case should be inquired upon the court which ordered the dismissal. The DOJ does not have jurisdiction over courts since the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judiciary. Moreover, you did not mention where the case was filed and other important case details.
