Hi, I would to know about the following information

1. I have filed a case against someone in MTCC Branch 5 located in Hall of Justice in Davao City. My last hearing was on September 12, 2022 and until now, I still don't have any idea when will they release the Court Decision. In my last hearing, I was told to just wait for Court Decision but until now, I still got nothing. When are they going to release the Court Decision?

2. Can they reason out that they are 'Busy' that is why they cannot release the Decision on time? What does the Law said about the lead time of Court Decision  release?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts are under the jurisdiction of the Judicial branch of government and not the DOJ. We urge you to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) instead since they are the office which has jurisdiction over courts.
