Hi, just recently, Executive Order 175 was issued series of 2022 was issued, which is the 12th Regular Foreign Investment Negative List to the Foreign Investments Act, as amended. Footnote Number 5 thereof mentions a "DOJ letter to the NEDA dated 12 October 2021." May we request for a copy of the same? Thank you!

Hi, I think this is the wrong document as this is dated December 2021. Am looking for the document referred to in the screenshot, which is footnote 5 of the 12th Negative List of the Foreign Investments Act as amended.
