Your request You requested for data on parliamentary representation, specifically the percentage of seats held by women in lower and upper houses of national parliament. Response to your request Unfortunately, your request cannot be granted as its subject falls outside the mandate of this Department. For your concerns and query on representation in the Philippine Congress, please contact the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.
