hi, I would to know if I have the right to claim a payment refund of all the payments that I have made to FILINVEST Land (Philippines). I lose my job as an OFW due to Covid-19 Pandemic. I have made 9 consecutive monthly payments for the Down payment Period. The unit I applied for doesn't exist yet as the development on the said project, particularly in Cavite, did not started yet till this time.

Response to Request

Unfortunately, your request cannot be acted upon by this office for lack of information on the matter. You may visit the DoJ Action Center for consultation and assistance. 


Your right to request a review.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when you have received this letter.
