Hi, I woud like to make a follow-up on our appointment papers for promotion. 

The office of USEC Dulay insisted that the appointment papers were already endorsed to the office of the Secretary of Justice for signature. However, the latter insisted as well that they have not received the same to date. May I please be enlightened as to the real status of the appointment papers now? We have been given the wrong information many times over and over again.
Our publication will expire on the 14th of August. What will happen then to our appointment papers if they will be signed beyond that.

Upon checking with the Office of Usec. Dulay and the Office of the Secretary (OSEC), your papers are still for the Secretary's signature. Meanwhile, as advised by the Office of Usec. Dulay, it will be up to your office's Personnel Division to convey to you what will happen or what remedies are to be done when the signature exceeds the deadline.
