Good day! I am a 4th year law student from Batangas. I am currently working out on my thesis about the plea bargaining framework for drug cases and the process of availing such in the country. In line with this, I would like to request for a copy of the reports of plea bargains within the time period indicated herein. Particularly, I would need information as to number of plea bargaining approved and whether such were approved with or without the consent of the prosecution.

Your help will be highly appreciated.
