You asked for the result of the request for legal opinion made by Philippine Coast Guard retirees in relation to Republic Act No. 9993.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of Legal Opinion No. 25, Series of 2019, dated 29 August 2019 for your perusal.

Your right to request a review
