Good Day! I would like to verify if there is a pending criminal case against my cousin: Adrian Morandarte Macaspac. He have been receiving threats and he would like to have things resolved if there's anything that has been filed against him. This will also help him in applying for work and for my peace of mind.

Please be informed that criminal case verifications are under the jurisdiction of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). The clearance service of the NBI is best fit for this service so we encourage you to directly coordinate with them. Aside from this, your request is an exception to the Freedom of Information (FOI) because of data privacy, your cousin should personally be the one to coordinate with the concerned agency.
