Hi DOJ, 

It was reported on 8 February 2021 that former President Duterte approved the DOJ's proposals regarding the ISP's failure to comply with its obligations under the Anti-Child Pornography Law. May I kindly request:  

1. a pdf copy of the official document containing DOJ's proposals and
2. a pdf copy of the order of the President approving those proposals
