I would like to seek help in checking if i do have a pending case. I was able to apply for a NBI Clearance and for the First time I was been HIT. 

I want to know if I have a pending case ang hope you can help mw to check it as soon as possible time.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the NBI has jurisdiction over pending criminal case verifications and the hit on your name is sufficient enough to assume that you have a pending court case. Please coordinate with the court where the case was filed against you. We want to clarify also that the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over courts because courts are under the Judiciary while the DOJ is under the Executive Branch of Government.
