Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information because the Supreme Court (SC) is not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while the SC oversees the whole Judicial branch of government. Unfortunately, we cannot forward your request to the SC using this FOI platform because they are not on-board the FOI platform considering that the FOI is merely implemented by virtue of an Executive Order from the President.
