You requested for a copy of the Department’s Legal Opinion on the assignment of a foreign bank representative as adviser of a local bank.

Your FOI request is approved. Enclosed is a copy of DoJ Legal Opinion Number 054 series of 1984. Nothing herein shall be construed as an endorsement of the use, or purpose for use, of the foregoing document.
