I received a Letter from the Office of the Solicitor General mentioning the MC requested.  I supposedly failed to comply with the same in filing a Petition in court.  I requested for a copy of the MC with the DOJ but my request was denied because the MC is supposedly covered by the exceptions to the Freedom of Information.  may I have a copy of the MC or at the very least, a reason why it is exempted from the FOI?
