Hi I would like to request regarding documents

1) certificate of Finality with civil case number 2021-1455
For: declaration of annulment of marriage
Under article 36 of the family code of Philippines.

2)office of the Civil Registrar of court decisions register number 2021-05977 from Sept 29, 2018.

You asked for Certificate of Finality and decision from office of civil registrant of court decisions.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Please be informed that the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which mainly handles the prosecution of criminal cases. On the other hand, courts are under the Judicial branch of government. 

It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC).
