Your request You requested for an update on the Petition for Review dated 19 January 2016 for the case Delonix Marketing Corporation vs Ingrid Sophia Minoza and Judy Uy. Response to your request Unfortunately, your request cannot be granted as its subject falls under the exceptions to EO No. 2 (s. 2016). However, you may call the Department of Justice via the 02 8 523 84 81 for further clarification and other concerns. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I.
