we most respectfully follow-up the resolution of the Petition for Review dated January 19, 2016 to the Office of the Cebu City Prosecutor’s Resolution dated November 2, 2015 in NPS VII-09-INV-15F-00965 entitled Delonix Marketing Corporation vs. Ingrid Sophia Minoza and Judy Uy.

In behalf of our client, DELONIX MARKETING CORPORATION, which is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines with address at Cebu City, we most respectfully follow-up the resolution of the Petition for Review dated January 19, 2016 to the Office of the Cebu City Prosecutor’s Resolution dated November 2, 2015 in NPS VII-09-INV-15F-00965 entitled Delonix Marketing Corporation vs. Ingrid Sophia Minoza and Judy Uy. It can be recalled that a Verified Comment dated February 9, 2016 was filed by the Respondents while a Reply was filed by our client dated February 12, 2016.

Unfortunately, it has been more than 4 years yet no resolution has been issued by your good office on the pending Petition for Review.

Accordingly, we most respectfully follow-up said resolution of your good office in the aforementioned case.

Unfortunately, your request cannot be granted as its subject falls under the exceptions to EO No. 2 (s. 2016). However, you may call the Department of Justice via the 02 8 523 84 81 for further clarification and other concerns.
