Greetings!

We regret to inform you that your FOI request (Nullity of Marriage Civil Case No. TCV-2015-22) is not under the scope of the Department of Justice (DOJ) since this matter is civil in nature. The DOJ handles the prosecution of criminal cases and not civil cases. It is best if you coordinate with the court that handles the said case or you can coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph since this matter is under the Judiciary, not the DOJ which is under the Executive branch of government.
