Im Ryan Macadangdang Galanza, I just want to know if there is pending case or complaint filed against me (civil/ criminal).

Recently, I’ve been receiving info that someone filed a case against me.

You asked for information whether there is a filed case/ complaint against you. 

Response to Request

The DOJ only has jurisdiction over the prosecution of criminal cases being an office under the Executive branch so it cannot answer the civil aspect of your inquiry. Moreover, the DOJ main office only has custody of cases filed before it and there may be cases filed against you in other city/provincial/regional prosecution offices. Considering this, we recommend that you coordinate with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to verify if you have a hit or none in your clearance.
