This has reference to your query sent through the eFoi portal last 24 April 2017 requesting for verification of court decisions in cases involving Megaworld and the outcomes thereof.

However, we regret to inform you that the Department of Justice is not the repository of court decisions. Your request for court decisions involving Megaworld is more properly addressed to the Supreme Court and not with the DOJ.
