Dear Sirs,

Pursuant to Section 3 of Republic  Act 9225 known as the Dual Citizenship Act. I would like to request the oath of allegiance of Maria Ressa, CEO and Executive Editor of Rappler.  

The oath of allegiance is a "public document" having been  subscribed and sworn into by Maria Ressa pursuant Section 3 of RA 9225.
