Your Request

You requested for a copy of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act Number 11222 otherwise known as the “Simulated Birth Rectification Act.”


Response to Request

Upon checking with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), while the IRR subject of your request has already been signed, it has yet to be published. Should you wish to obtain more details and information re the said IRR, you may contact DSWD through this link: https://www.dswd.gov.ph/.


Your right to request a review.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.
