Hi! I would like to request for the total number of applicants who applied for the Leniency Program of the DOJ-Office for Competition since its effectivity until the present.

I cannot find such data in any of the issuances of the DOJ.

I am aware that the leniency proceedings may be confidential. However, I am merely asking for the statistics (i.e. the number of applicants) and not any specific information regarding any of the leniency applicants.

If the DOJ does not provide such information, please provide the reason/s why.

May I know the reason/s why the OFC declines to publish such statistics (i.e. number of applicants) in the Freedom of Information (FOI) website or elsewhere?
