Good Day! I would like to verify if there is a pending criminal case against me: alyssa vianca f. Soliman I have been getting threats and I would like to have things resolved if there's anything that has been filed against me.. i also got a hit with my NBI whereas i was always cleared before

You asked for Criminal case verification.

Response to Request

The DOJ main office has record of the cases filed before the main office but there may be cases filed against you in provincial/city and regional prosecution offices. The NBI's record will suffice to prove that you have a pending case with a court. However, the DOJ has no jurisdiction over courts. It may be better to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) or the court which has jurisdiction over the case, please coordinate with the NBI on the details of the said case.
