May I request to your good office to be furnished a copy of DOJ Sec Guevarra's letter to NTC Comm Cordoba dated 11 June 2018, which was used in a report at Umagang Kay Ganda today. This is for my blog site as I would like to report about the Quo Warranto case filed by SG Calida against ABS-CBN about the legality of the Conditional Access service in Digital TV.

Your Request

You requested for a copy of the letter from this Department addressed to NTC Commissioner Gamaliel Cordoba dated 11 June 2018 on the conditional access or conditional access system for television broadcasters under the legislative franchise issued to broadcast companies or DoJ Opinion Number 01 series of 2018.
