Good day.

This is Atty Jomel Manaig of BDB Law.

We would like to respectfully request a copy of DOJ Legal Opinion No. 160 Series of 1994. We are currently mapping out the legal framework for local government financing and the said DOJ opinion is of particular interest to our research.

Please note that I have made a similar request last January 4, 2022 which your good office promptly approved on the same day. However, the reply email did not include any attachment. This may have been a mere oversight which is why we are making the same request.

Hoping that this would be favorably granted.
