Good day!

I would like to know if the DEPARTMENT CIRCULAR NO. 70-2000 NPS RULE ON APPEAL issued on July 3, 2000 is the most updated Department Circular for the information on appeals, petition for review, and the likes.

Further, if there is a Department Circular or Memorandum Circular that states the prescription for the time frame/timeline for the issuance of the resolution or decision of appeals, petition for review, and the likes?

Thank you very much and this would really help my research.

Sincerely,
Nadine D. Malapira
