Good day Sir/Madam i would like to know if the registered mail is  date received is required for the issuance of Cert of finality thought card is there the only issue is there is no date received. The RTC in sta rosa laguna issued me a authorization letter to get a certificate as to when received the registered mail matter to the Post office of Sta Mesa.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because RTCs are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while RTCs are under the Judicial branch of government.
