Dear Ma'am/Sir,

Good day, I hope you are well.  Some time I had a derogatory comment on file against my name.  Would it be possible for me to request another check to ensure I no longer have any negative comments as my passport is still with the D.O.J and I'm somewhat concerned,  I would like to retrieve my passport and take care of any and all fees to bring my immigration status up to date.

My information is as follows.  Thank you in advance for your assistance and I wish you a good day.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot grant your request as it appears that the same should be properly addressed to the Bureau of Immigration.
