Dear DOJ,

Greetings

I would like to inquire about the case of my mother in the year 2005
Criminal Case Nos. 22674 to 22679 entitled PP vs Salombae Acmad for Violation of BP 22 (Bouncing Checks Law). My mother and the person who files the case Ms. Melanie Marce made an agreement to settle the bounced cheque but unfortunately my mother didn't process the court clearance or didn't know if Melani Marce withdraws the said case. Right now we have tried to locate the person who files the case but she is untraceable at the moment. so what is the option that my mother will do in order to clear this
