Hi, I would like to request information on or a copy of the decision on the arbitration case between TRB and the DPWH  that was ongoing with the DOJ in 2012. 

In DOJ Opinion No. 015, s. 2012, it was stated that "an arbitration case between the DPWH and the TRB on the issue of which, as between them, has the right to manage and supervise expressways, is pending before the Department."
