January 16, 2024 Dear Requesting Party, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 13, 2024 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Request for a court order. Response to your request We regret to inform you that the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over the issuance of court orders because courts are under the Judiciary while the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government. It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) since courts are under the oversight of the SC within the scope of the Judiciary.
