Dear Requesting Party,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 13, 2024 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Request for a court order.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over the issuance of court orders because courts are under the Judiciary while the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government. It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) since courts are under the oversight of the SC within the scope of the Judiciary. You may contact the SC at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph for more information.

Meanwhile, please find the time to answer our short survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1dkxI8-mtBi-hCaKH7C2Yi-uasCdnHkSEfaUFE7LDIB8/edit

Thank you,
