SUBJECT:	RESPONSE TO THE FOI QUERY ON THE 2014 AND 2015 ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN AND THE 1ST AND 2ND SEMESTER OF THE PROCUREMENT MONITORING REPORT

Greetings!

This is to acknowledge the receipt of your request through the eFOI portal dated December 16, 2016 requesting for the following: 

1.)	the initial and final versions of annual procurement plan; and 
2.)	the first and second semester procurement monitoring report.

As to the 2014 and 2015 annual procurement plan, the Annual Procurement Plan and Supplemental Procurement Plan are attached herewith and available in the Department of Justice website, http://doj.gov.ph/annual_procurement_plan.html, respectively.

Further, the files posted and attached are the same documents submitted to the Government Procurement Policy Board of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and AO 25. In this regard, we regret that we cannot provide the excel files to keep the authenticity and genuineness of the procurement plans being requested.

As to the procurement monitoring report, it is still in process with the Commission on Audit.

Attached herewith are the following, to wit:

1.)	Annual Procurement Plan for CY 2014;
2.)	Annual Procurement Plan for Office of the Secretary and OSEC-NPS;
3.)	Supplemental Annual Procurement Plan for 2014.

We hope that we sufficiently provided the information requested.
