Good day!

I am requesting to see if my dear friend, Francisco, Alex Perez has an unsettled criminal case against him, as he was receiving threats about it and can not get a job because he's afraid to get an NBI Clearance.

We just wanted to confirm if there's an ongoing criminal case against him and what's the cure status of it, so we can settle it as soon as possible.
