We would like to inquire on the status of the case of  Matthew C.M. Santamaria (Complainant) versus Ligaya Fernando-Amilbangsa (Respondent), XV-03-INV-13H-D8365. The case is regarding charges of perjury against the respondent.

The inquiry is part of the due diligence of the NCCA for the deliberation of the Order of the National Artist Award to which the respondent Ms. Amilbangsa was nominated.
