No 03:18 PM, Apr 09, 2022

Hi,
I was wrongfully detained and set free November 2020.
after i was discharged due to financial problems , emotional trauma and also the covid. I didn't have enough information about victim of crime compensation program in Philippines because I am a foreigner.
until now i don't have any financia support from back home except 3rd corona virus stimulus check from US government last year.
so I wanted to know if I am still qualified for this compensation program. if yes what documents are needed for this and i also want to know how long it will take to receive it?
hope I can hear from you
