Buban 05:03 AM, Mar 25, 2020

Hi! I would like to ask how the Department of Justice defines "recidivism" especially for PDLs. I also would like to ask for information on the overall rate of recidivism for the Philippines in 2019 (or the latest data available). Thank you very much!
