Good day!

For the conduct of research on government rules during the pandemic, specifically in the justice sector, I would like to inquire on the following:

1. Scope of Department Circular No. 008-B - Expanded Guidelines for the NPS and for the Filing of Petitions for Review with the DOJ issued on March 18, 2020.

Does this circular include those filed in Baguio that are covered under Region 1?

2. Is there an amendment to this circular? If there is an available amendment to this circular, where can I secure a copy?
