Hi, Good Day 
Im tired fighting my rights and to get what is mine:
1. I closed a sale condo unit in Cebu last july 14 2014. During company orientation they promise to get 3 percent commission ones you closed a sale. 
2. I trust the company FILINVEST LAND INC. and they let me to signed a contract as property specialist, a bridge contract that has hidden phrases that they were get a share 1 percent on the commission of 3 percent. 
3. We did not inform prior on the orientation and we dont have salary and we invested personal money for our daily cause as finding buyers on condominium. 
4. pls.help

You requested for opinion and advice regarding your claims for commission from the sale of a condominium unit in Cebu last 14 July 2014.


Response to your request

Unfortunately, your request cannot be granted as its subject does not fall under the coverage of EO No. 2 (s. 2016). However, you may visit the DoJ Action Center for consultation and assistance. 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when you have received this letter.
